Garden and swimming pool maintenance, electricity, wood for the wood stove.
Sheets, towels, kitchen cloths are provided.
Extra payment :
130 Euros lump sum for housekeeping and laundry at departure.
In winter, 50 Euros lump sum for central heating.

General conditions :
Booking is effective at reception of a 25% payment of the
total rental fee
(after reception of the payment, a contract is sent to the lodger).
The final installment is to be paid on the arrival of the lodger.
A 1.000 Euros guarantee cheque is requested, which is sent back by mail
after a maximum of one month upon departure, after deduction, if neccessary
for possible damages and the use of the telefon line.
Pets not allowed.
